IRB 5400 (Discontinued)
The IRB 5400 was a high-performance paint process robot engineered for speed, precision, and efficiency in industrial painting applications. With a payload capacity of 25 kg and a large working envelope, it was ideally suited for automotive and general industrial paint shops.
Its integrated process system (IPS) brought key paint equipment directly into the robot arm—minimizing material waste, shortening cycle times, and streamlining setup. The IRB 5400 supported flexible configurations, including rail-mounted options for extended reach and space-constrained booths.
Powered by the IRC5P controller and compatible with RobView 5 and RobotStudio® Paint, it enabled intuitive operation, diagnostics, and offline programming. With IP67-rated protection and certified explosion-proof design, it was built for demanding spray environments.
