The PoWa CRB 1920 is a six-axis collaborative robot engineered for high-speed industrial environments, combining industrial-grade performance with collaborative safety. With class-leading TCP speeds of up to 7.0 m/s, fast cycle times, and pose repeatability down to 0.03 mm, it delivers the performance required for demanding applications such as machine tending, assembly, palletizing, welding, and material handling. With support for rated payloads up to 30 kg and full IP67 protection, it ensures reliable operation in harsh industrial conditions while maintaining safe human-robot collaboration.

Built around the OmniCore E10 controller, the platform supports extensive industrial communication protocols and seamless integration into existing automation architectures. The integrated high-power interface enables simultaneous plug-and-play connection of grippers and vision systems without external cable routing, reducing setup time and complexity. Combined with intuitive no-code, block-based programming via Wizard Easy Programming and AppStudio™, SafeMove configuration on the FlexPendant, and full compatibility with ABB’s RobotStudio® ecosystem, the CRB 1920 provides a flexible, high-performance solution for advanced collaborative manufacturing operations.
