FlexArc® - L – High-Throughput Robotic Welding Cell
The FlexArc® - L is a modular robotic welding cell designed for high throughput, flexibility, and operator safety. It is available in side-by-side configurations with one robot or in a back-to-back version with two robots. Built exclusively with a roll door enclosure, the system combines compact layout with high-speed ABB positioners and adaptive software to ensure rapid changeovers and continuous productivity.
The solution includes the IRP L positioner with rotary unit, tailstock, and support beam, a modular baseframe, fume hood, safety fencing, light curtains, and a 250 kg welding wire pack. It is compatible with IRB 1600, 2600, and 4600 robots, and features the IRC5 controller, FlexPendant, HMI, and BullsEye® torch cleaning and tool calibration system.
